Terms and Conditions for Redeem IA Points

Users are required to provide a valid form of identification that matches the registered name, such as a Student ID Card, National Identity Card (KTP), Driver’s License (SIM), or Passport.
Each phone number may only be registered under one user name and may not be used for multiple accounts.
Indonesia Asri reserves the right to reject, cancel, suspend, or deactivate any IA Point redemption if there is evidence of misuse, manipulation, fraud, or violation of the applicable terms and conditions.
Merchandise redeemed using IA Points cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary compensation.
The number of IA Points required to redeem merchandise may change at any time in accordance with Indonesia Asri’s prevailing policies.
All decisions made by Indonesia Asri regarding IA Point redemption are final and binding.
