Participants must follow the Instagram account @indonesia.asri and have an account on the Indonesia Asri website. Registration can be completed on the website by filling in personal details, including full name, email address, phone number, and residential address. Registered participants will be referred to as Warga Asri.

Jejak Asri campaign runs until October 16, 2026.

During the campaign period, participants may choose one or more of the four available categories: waste management, carbon management, inclusion & diversity, and community development.

To upload your Jejak Asri story, log in to your profile and click on the Jejak Asri page. Each Warga Asri may upload inspirational articles (minimum 700 words) and vote for other participants whose stories they find inspiring. Participants with the highest votes will be the winner of Jejak Pilihan Warga Asri award.

There are photo and video features that participants can use to make the Jejak Asri story even more fun.

Submissions are open, meaning participants may upload an unlimited number of articles during the program period.

Each category has two types of winners: Jejak Inspiratif: Selected by a panel of judges based on the best and most unique article in each period (1 winner per category).

Jejak Pilihan Warga Asri: Selected based on the highest number of votes from website visitors (1 winner per category).

We use a system that detects non-original content, including stories, photos, or videos taken from others or the internet. Any detected plagiarism will result in disqualification.

Participation in Jejak Asri is open to everyone regardless of age, gender, race, or religion.

Jejak Asri program is completely free of charge. Please be cautious of any parties claiming to represent Jejak Asri and requesting payment.
